I work closely with a select group of high school students and their families, offering expert guidance wrapped in steady encouragement. Together, we’ll make each decision with intention — from choosing schools to submitting applications — so the process feels organized, confident, and true to who the student is. My goal is not just to help them find a college, but the just right place to learn, grow, and thrive in their journey ahead.

Comprehensive College Admissions Advising
For families seeking individualized support at every stage of the college admissions journey, I offer a structured, carefully curated curriculum that can begin as early as junior year. All resources are provided and reviewed in our first session, and families decide how my support is best leveraged to meet their goals.

Areas of Focus:

• School Selection – Build a personalized student profile and develop a targeted college list that aligns with strengths, goals, interests, and financial realities. I mandate research and conversations with family about budget and financing as part of this step. Guidance for campus visit planning; optional chaperoned college tours available.
• Admissions Timeline – Create a clear, customized plan to stay on track with applications, deadlines, and deliverables. Includes organization of transcripts, recommendations, and application materials.
• College Essay Writing – My specialty. Support from brainstorming to final polish for personal statements and supplemental essays, ensuring authenticity and alignment with the student’s narrative.
• Waitlist & Deferral Support – Strategic next steps and targeted communications to maintain momentum and improve chances of admission.
• Parent/Guardian Guidance – Ongoing communication to help families navigate requirements such as FAFSA, scholarships, and school-specific deadlines.
• Freshman Fall Transition & Mentorship – Optional support after admission, including course registration, schedule planning, and first-year writing help via Zoom.

Rate: $200/hour | Minimum: 4 hours for advising services
